About me

I ran my first marathon in Honolulu in December 2009, and I've decided that for 2010 I have a time goal: 3:59. I am not sure about the best way to train to reach this goal, but I've done a lot of research and I want to be an experiment in whether you can truly be a workaholic, travel 50%+ and achieve a pretty lofty personal fitness goal all at once.

I'm originally from Sydney, Australia and I began my work life as an actor (teens and a bit beyond), and then as an entertainment attorney. I have been living in New York for nearly the last 5 years, with some time away at my company headquarters just outside of DC.

Did I mention I miss the beach?

I will be posting my progress as well as products/food/nutrition things that I am trialling for myself to help my body help me achieve my goals. If you have training tips, questions or comments, I would love to hear from you!
